Comments
n=10 (5 males, 5 females), median age 57 years (range of 41-62 years), 3 patients with evidence of peripheral vascular disease, 2 with insulin dependent diabetes (1 with retinopathy), 2 with hypertension (both taking nifedipine), all patients were taking ranitidine, alfacalcidol, and vitamin supplements. One patient had pruritus.
